Owner James Graziano III of GNJ Technology and Security, LLC has over 20 working years of experience in the technology industry alongside the security industry. I started my career at the former APAC Customer Services in Utica, NY as a desktop technician. At a young age and new to IT (less than 2 years on the job) I developed security platforms that were used companywide (A company of over 10000 employees) and kept worked from there. Working up the ranks from Desktop to Server to Networking and Telecom always learning as I went. Along that I also took up side work at a local security company. There learning Security, Fire Alarm and Access control systems. Bringing my IT knowledge to the security world enabled me to bring all of those together in todays automated world. Technology and Security is not only my job and career it has always been a hobby and something I thoroughly enjoyed. My goal is my customers and their satisfaction because without my customers my business would not exist. I make it a point to work and talk with each and every one of my customers.
